Terms of service

The terms governing use of this website and the basis on which Ascio Digital takes on design and development work. Last updated 19 July 2026.

Using this website

You may read, share and link to anything published here. You may not scrape it at volume, republish the written content as your own, or use it to train a commercial model without written permission. The case studies, copy, design and code of this site are our property except where credited otherwise.

Nothing here is an offer

The prices and timelines published on this site are indicative starting points to save you a phone call. They are not a binding quote. A binding quote is one we send you in writing for your specific project, and work begins only under a signed statement of work.

Engagements, payment and scope

Projects are quoted at a fixed price against a written scope. We invoice 50% to begin and 50% on delivery, payable within 14 days. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts — we will not do it and bill you afterwards.

Each stage includes the number of revision rounds set out in the statement of work. If a delay on your side pauses a project for more than 30 days, we may need to reschedule it against other commitments.

Intellectual property

On final payment, all design files and all custom code produced for your project transfer to you outright. We retain no licence requirement and no lock-in. Third-party components (fonts, stock media, licensed libraries) remain governed by their own licences, which we will list for you.

We reserve the right to describe and show the work publicly in our portfolio unless you ask us not to, which you may do at any time and at no cost.

Warranties and liability

We warrant that the work will be performed with reasonable skill and care, and we fix defects reported within 30 days of launch at no charge. Beyond that, this website and its content are provided as-is. Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
